• visit us at either of our banking offices, or
• e-mail us at holly.reardon@ifs-nbpt.com with the account title and only the last four digits of your account number. We care about protecting your personal information so please don't include your full account number or your social security number.

Just let us know what style check you would like as well as the new check starting number. Checks can be mailed to your home or delivered right to the bank for pickup.
